Project Manager
Role Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and in full compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead overall project execution and performance
Manage multidisciplinary teams and contractors
Monitor schedule, cost, and risk performance
Coordinate with stakeholders and authorities
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and governance standards
Reporting Line
Reports to: Project Director / Client Representative
Manages: Engineers, Inspectors, Surveyors
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
Master’s degree (preferred)
Experience
10–15 years total experience
Minimum 5 years in Saudi Arabia
Certifications
PMP (preferred)
Saudi Council of Engineers (mandatory)
Skills
Project management (Primavera / MS Project)
Risk management & reporting
Leadership & stakeholder management
Location
Full-time, site-based in Al Abha
