Key Responsabilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of geographic information system (GIS) databases, including data collection, entry, verification, and quality control.
• Generate high-quality maps, dashboards, and spatial analysis reports to support CADC projects and initiatives.
• Conduct spatial analysis using ArcGIS or similar GIS tools to inform planning and decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with engineers, planners, and environmental consultants to support project deliverables requiring geospatial input.
• Manage satellite imagery, land use maps, and infrastructure data for integration into master planning.
• Perform field data collection using GPS-enabled devices as required.
• Assist in preparing presentations, documentation, and visual materials for stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
• Stay up to date with geospatial technologies, trends, and data standards relevant to urban development and smart city planning.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Geography, GIS, Urban Planning, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 4 years of practical experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), preferably within engineering consultancy or urban development projects.
• Basic knowledge of spatial data formats, coordinate systems, and map design principles.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM environments is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, coworkers from different cultural backgrounds and nationalities, and meet deadlines.
