Senior Manager - Sustainability (KSA Based)
The candidate shall be assigned to oversee an internationally based integrated sustainability consultancy and advisory team.
Candidate should be based in KSA.

HSE Roles, Responsibilities and Accountability:

- Accountability: Accountable for ensuring the right resources are allocated for properly implementing and functioning the Company’s Integrated Management System
Academic Qualifications:
- Engineering/ Architectural Degree
Required Experience and Key Competencies:
- 15 to 20 years of experience in the built environment industry with at least 12 years of working on sustainability projects is required, demonstrating the following competencies:
- Fully Understanding of MEP and Architectural systems
- Fully understanding of sustainability topics within the built environment
- Proven Experience in Life Cycle Assessment, Energy Modeling, and Commissioning
- Proven experience in managing large-sized projects
- Proven Experience to manage a team – (3 Sustainability Managers)
Industry Qualifications and Accreditation:
Must possess at least two of the following certificates:
- LEED AP- Global- mandatory
- Estidama PQP- for UAE
- BREEAM AP
- MOSTADAM AP – for KSA
- LCA Certificate - Mandatory
- ASHRAE- BEMP is a plus
Soft Skills:
- Ability to deputize for the Sustainability Head of Department
- Emotion maturity and levels of emotional intelligence and the ability to understand, manage, and control emotions and those of others. A mature leader who leads with empathy and rationality.

- Manage high-profile clients and act as a project executive for projects identified by the Head of Department as strategic and high-profile projects – maximum 2 projects.
