HR Coordinator – Riyadh, KSA (Saudi Nationals Only)
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our KSA operations. The role will be responsible for managing HR administration, compliance, government relations, and supporting the full employee lifecycle.

HR Manager – UAE
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage visa and immigration processes through QIWA, GOSI, Mudad and other government platforms.
Liaise with government authorities (MOL, MOFA, Embassies, etc.).
Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, Saudization, WPS and statutory requirements.
Prepare employment contracts, draft HR letters, and maintain employee documentation.
Manage end-to-end employee offboarding processes, including EOS calculations and final settlements.
Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and employee relations.
Manage health insurance and support company events and internship programs.
Provide HR and administrative support when required.
HSE Roles, Responsibilities and Accountability:
In addition to your responsibility towards following ALPIN’s Integrated Management System, every employee at ALPIN is required to familiarize themselves with ALPIN’s Environmental Impact Assessment and contribute towards minimizing their individual environmental impact in the course of their work;
It is the duty of all employees to act within the legal responsibilities imposed upon them and the Company’s Quality, Environment and Health & Safety policies. All employees must familiarize themselves with the Company’s Integrated Management System’s policies and procedures.
Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Law or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of pure HR experience in KSA, preferably within a structured corporate environment.
Strong working knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR government platforms (QIWA, GOSI, Mudad).
Hands-on experience in leave management, EOS calculations, contract management and employee disputes.
Excellent Arabic and English communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
